DMPS 35 Mobile Batching Plant Aggregate Hoppers:
Sand hopper with a capacity of 4.18 yd³ (3.2 m³), equipped with 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrators. Gravel hopper with a capacity of 6.28 yd³ (4.8 m³). Both hoppers include pneumatically actuated discharge gates for feeding aggregates onto the conveyor belt. Includes weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers with independent summing boxes for each aggregate type.
Conveyor Belt:
Inclined conveyor with 18” smooth belt. Includes 7.5 HP (5.59 kW) gear motor by Sumitomo or SEW with chain coupling; carrying, return, and alignment rollers; drive and tail drums with tensioning system; rubber side guides; lubrication points for pedestal and tension bearings. Includes discharge chute for transferring aggregates into the mixer.
Integrated Horizontal Silo:
Integrated horizontal silo with a capacity of 32.70 yd³ (25 m³). Includes silo accessory kit by WAM composed of rotary level sensors, safety depressurization valve, dust collector filter, and vibro-pneumatic nozzles at the discharge point. Includes horizontal and inclined screw conveyors for feeding the cement hopper, driven by 10 HP (7.46 kW) gear motors by Sumitomo or SEW. Includes 4” quick-coupling loading pipe.
Cement Weighing Hopper:
Cement hopper with a capacity of 0.65 yd³ (0.5 m³). Equipped with 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrator to facilitate material discharge, cartridge-type depressurization valve, and 10” butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator by WAM for discharge into the mixer. Includes discharge sleeve for directing material into the mixer. Weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers with summing box for cement batching.
Base Chassis: Structural base supporting the mixer, conveyor, aggregate hoppers, and horizontal silo. Includes mobility system composed of two 4-wheel, 22.5” rim axles rated for 40,000 lb load capacity, along with adjustable leveling legs and support towers for operation. Provides space for installing a power generator.
Structural Framework:
Structural components built with ASTM A36 steel, coated with epoxy primer and polyurethane-based paint. Includes DOMAT corporate color and decals.
Pneumatic System:
Pneumatic system includes a 7.5 HP (5.59 kW) compressor (dedicated to the plant) by Quincy, and pneumatic solenoid valves by Festo, with fittings and hoses for operating the aggregate hopper gates, silo pneumatic accessories, mixer discharge gate, and cement hopper butterfly valve.
Water Line and Washing Line:
3” galvanized water line with ball valve, check valve, electromagnetic flow sensor by Badger Meter, and hose connection to the mixer. Includes self-priming 6 HP (4.47 kW) water pump with Weg or Siemens motor, Ø 3” x 6 m suction hose and foot valve. Also includes 1 HP (0.75 kW) wash pump with Ø 1” x 6 m suction hose and 16 m wash hose for cleaning operations.
Turbo Mixer:
Turbo mixer with a batch capacity of 0.98 yd³ (0.75 m³) for 3000 PSI concrete. Ground output of 32.68–45.82 yd³/h (25–35 m³/h). Includes inspection hatches on the lid. 30 HP (22.37 kW) motor by Weg or Siemens, coupled to gearbox by Sumitomo or Cobra. Internal lining (bottom and sides) in 10 mm Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel. Mixing carousel with seven mixing arms, mixing paddles, and scraping paddle in 16 mm Hardox 500 steel. Discharge gate with electromechanical actuation. Includes discharge channel mounted to the machine chassis.
Power Cabinet:
IP55-rated power cabinet includes main power meter, distribution block for motor supply with grounding busbar, and control components including motor protectors and contactors by Siemens or ABB. Includes independent power meter and soft starter by Siemens or ABB for the mixer motor. Internal wiring and cable ducts included. Operating voltage: 220/440 VAC. Electrical connections not included.
Control System:
Isolated control cabin (must be installed within a 10-meter radius of the plant) equipped with D200 system, housed in a control console that includes a dedicated PC with monitor, keyboard, and mouse; Siemens S7-1200 PLC; and specialized software for automatic batching, material consumption monitoring per batch, and inventory traceability for concrete production. Includes manual push buttons, emergency stop button, weight indicators by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers for the aggregate and cement hoppers, water dosing flowmeter, ammeter for mixer motor monitoring, and digital hour meter. Includes UPS for energy backup. Control voltage: 110 VAC. Electrical connections not included.

Cement screw conveyor not included.
Transport:
Designed for towing by a semi-trailer truck (tractor unit).
