DMP 20 V2 Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant Aggregate Hoppers:
Two hoppers with a capacity of 1.05 yd³ (0.8 m³) each, for gravel and sand. Includes a 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrator on the sand hopper and foldable extensions to prevent material overflow.
Cement Weighing Hopper:
Cement hopper with a capacity of 0.39 yd³ (0.3 m³). Includes a 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrator to facilitate material discharge, cartridge-type depressurization valve, and 8” butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator by WAM for discharging into the mixer. Includes discharge sleeve for directing material into the mixer. Weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers with summing box for cement batching.
Conveyor Belts:
Two 14” cleated belts for each aggregate. Equipped with 3 HP (2.24 kW) gear motors by Sumitomo or SEW, chain couplings, carrying rollers, return rollers, alignment rollers; drive drum and tail drum with tensioning system; rubber guides, lubrication points for pedestal and tension bearings, and side safety guards. Includes discharge chutes for transferring aggregates to the mixer with water line connection.
Base Chassis:
Structural frame supporting the mixer, conveyor belts, and aggregate hoppers. Includes front leveling device, height-adjustable support towers, and mobility system with axle and 15” rim wheels. Structural Framework: Structural components made of ASTM A36 steel, coated with epoxy primer and polyurethane-based paint. Includes DOMAT corporate color and decals.
Pneumatic System:
Pneumatic system includes a 3 HP (2.24 kW) compressor (dedicated to the plant) by Quincy, and pneumatic solenoid valves by Festo, with fittings and hoses for opening and closing the mixer gates and the butterfly valve on the cement hopper. Water Line: 1-1/2” galvanized pipe with ball valve, check valve, turbine-type flow sensor, and hose connected to the chute. Includes a 1” branch for washing line, with ball valve and 8-meter wash hose. Self-priming 2 HP (1.49 kW) water pump with Weg or Siemens motor, suction hose Ø 1-1/2” x 6 meters, and foot valve. Turbo Mixer: Turbo mixer with a batch capacity of 0.65 yd³ (0.5 m³), for 3000 PSI concrete. Production capacity between 13.1–26.2 yd³/h (10–20 m³/h) to ground. Includes inspection hatches on the lid. 20 HP (14.91 kW) motor by Weg or Siemens, coupled to a gearbox by Sumitomo or Cobra. Internal lining (bottom and sides) in 10 mm Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel. Mixing carousel with six mixing arms, mixing paddles, and scraping paddle in 16 mm Hardox 500 plate. Discharge gate with electromechanical actuation. Includes discharge chute supported on the machine chassis. Weighing system with load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers and summing box for batching aggregates into the mixer.
Power Cabinet:
IP55-rated power cabinet includes main power meter, distribution block for motor power supply with grounding busbar, electrical components with motor protectors and contactors by Siemens or ABB. Includes independent power meter and soft starter by Siemens or ABB for the mixer motor. Internal wiring and cable ducts included. Operating voltage: 220/440 VAC. Electrical connections not included.
Control System:
Isolated control cabin (to be installed within a 10-meter radius from the plant), equipped with the D200 system. Control console includes dedicated PC with monitor, keyboard, and mouse; Siemens S7-1200 PLC; and specialized software for automatic batching, material consumption monitoring per batch, and inventory traceability for concrete production and mixing. Includes manual push buttons, emergency stop button, weight indicators by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers for both the mixer and the cement hopper, flowmeter for water dosing, ammeter for monitoring the mixer motor, and digital hour meter. Includes UPS for power backup. Control voltage: 110 VAC. Electrical connections not included.
Note: This Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant does not include a screw conveyor for cement. Transport: Designed for transportation on a flatbed trailer or inside a container.
