DM SPECIAL V2 Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant Aggregate Hoppers: 

Two hoppers with a capacity of 1.83 yd³ (1.4 m³) each, for gravel and sand. Includes a 0.33 HP (0.25 kW) T300 vibrator on the sand hopper and foldable extensions to prevent material overflow. 

Conveyor Belts: 

Two 18” cleated belts for each aggregate. Each includes 3 HP (2.24 kW) gear motors by Sumitomo or SEW, with chain couplings, carrying rollers, return rollers, self-aligning rollers; drive drum and tail drum with tensioning system; guiding rubber strips, lubrication points for pedestal bearings and tension bearings, and lateral safety guards. Includes discharge chutes for delivering aggregates into the mixer, with connection for the water line. 

Base Chassis: 

Structural frame supporting the mixer, conveyor belts, and aggregate hoppers. Includes front leveling device, adjustable-height support towers, and mobility system consisting of an axle with 17.5” rim wheels. 

Metallic Structure: 

Structural components made of ASTM A36 steel, finished with epoxy primer and polyurethane-based paint. Includes corporate DOMAT color and branding decals. 

Water Line: 

2” galvanized pipe with ball valve, check valve, and connection hose to the chute. Includes a 1” washing line branch with ball valve and 8-meter washing hose. Self-priming 3 HP (2.24 kW) water pump with Weg or Siemens motor, suction hose Ø 2” x 6 meters, and foot valve. 

Turbo Mixer: 

Turbo mixer with a batch capacity of 1.31 yd³ (1.00 m³), suitable for 3000 PSI concrete. Output capacity of 39.2 yd³/h (30 m³/h) on the ground. Includes inspection hatches on the lid. 40 HP (29.83 kW) motor, by Weg or Siemens, coupled to a gearbox by Sumitomo or Cobra. Internal lining (bottom and sides) in 10 mm Hardox 450 wear-resistant plate. Mixing carousel with seven mixing arms, mixing paddles, and a scraping paddle in 16 mm Hardox 500 wear-resistant plate. Discharge gate with electromechanical actuation. Includes discharge chute supported on the machine chassis. Weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers, with summing box for dosing all materials, including water, directly into the mixer. 

Power Cabinet: 

Power cabinet with IP 55 protection rating, includes main power meter, distribution block for motor power supply with grounding bar, electrical operations with motor protection breakers and contactors by Siemens or ABB. Includes independent power meter and soft starter by Siemens or ABB for the mixer motor. Includes internal wiring and cable ducts for routing.

220/440 VAC. Power connections not included. 

Control System: 

Automatic control housed in the power cabinet, with the D200L system, composed of a touchscreen monitor, integrated PC, and Siemens S7-1200 PLC, with specialized software for automatic batching and mixing, material consumption monitoring per batch, and inventory traceability for concrete production. Includes manual push buttons, weight indicator by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers for the mixer, ammeter for mixer motor monitoring, digital hour meter, and UPS for energy backup. 

Control voltage: 

110 VAC. Power connections not included. Note: This Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant does not include screw conveyor or bag breaker hopper.

Designed for transportation on a flatbed trailer or in a container.
