Mobile Batching Plant DT 90 3A R Aggregate Hoppers: Three aggregate hoppers, each with a capacity of 8.5 m³ (11.1 yd³), equipped with T300 vibrators of 0.33 HP (0.25 kW) for the sand hoppers. Includes pneumatically actuated clam-type discharge gates for aggregate transfer to the conveyor belt, foldable upper extensions, and independent weighing system for each aggregate with load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers and summing box for aggregate dosing. Horizontal Belt: Horizontal conveyor belt, 30” wide, with flat rubber belt, driven by a 15 HP (11.2 kW) gearmotor, brand Sumitomo or SEW, with chain coupling. Includes carrying, return, and self-aligning rollers; drive drum and tail drum with tensioning system; material guides and lubrication points for pedestal and tension bearings. Inclined Belt: Inclined conveyor belt, 30” wide, with chevron belt, driven by a 15 HP (11.2 kW) gearmotor, brand Sumitomo or SEW, with chain coupling. Includes carrying, return, and self-aligning rollers; drive drum and tail drum with tensioning system; material guide at the belt inlet, lubrication points for pedestal and tension bearings, and discharge chute for aggregates toward the mixer. Production capacity: 80–90 m³/h (104.6–117.8 yd³/h). Cement Weighing Scale: Scale with a capacity of 3.2 m³ (4.2 yd³), equipped with T200 vibrator of 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) to facilitate material discharge. Includes Hoppertop dust collector filter by WAM and integrated screw conveyor for material discharge to the chute, driven by a 7.5 HP (5.6 kW) gearmotor, brand Sumitomo or SEW. Includes guiding sleeve to the discharge chute and weighing system with load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers and summing box for cement dosing. Structure for Scale and Mixer: Chassis supporting the conveyor belts, aggregate hoppers, and cement scale. Includes mobility system composed of two 4-wheel axles with 22.5” rims and 22,000 lb load capacity, leveling jacks, and support towers for the working position of the equipment. Metal Structure: Manufactured from ASTM A36 steel with epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat. Includes DOMAT corporate color and decals. Pneumatic System: Consists of a 7.5 HP (5.6 kW) compressor (exclusive use for the plant), brand Quincy, and Festo solenoid valves with fittings and hoses for actuation of the aggregate hopper discharge gates. Water Line: Galvanized pipe Ø 3”, equipped with ball valve, check valve, electromagnetic flow sensor by Badger Meter, and connection hose to the discharge chute. Includes self-priming pump of 6 HP (4.5 kW) with Weg or Siemens motor, 3” x 6 m suction hose, and foot valve. Washing Line: 1 HP (0.75 kW) washing pump with 1” x 6 m suction hose and 18 m washing hose. Power Cabinet: IP55-rated protective cabinet, with main meter, distribution block for motor power supply, and grounding bar. Includes motor protectors and contactors by Siemens or ABB, with internal wiring and routing ducts. Operating voltage: 220/440 VAC. Power connections not included. Control System: Insulated control cabin (must be installed within 10 meters of the plant), equipped with D200 system. Console with dedicated PC, monitor, keyboard, and mouse; Siemens S7-1200 PLC; and specialized software for automatic dosing, consumption monitoring, and inventory traceability. Includes manual push buttons, emergency stop button, weight indicators (aggregate hoppers and cement scale), digital water dosing flowmeter, digital hour meter, and UPS for backup. Control voltage: 110 VAC. Power connections not included. Note: Cement screw conveyor not included. Transport: Designed for towing by a semi-trailer truck (tractor unit)
