DMPS 50 Mobile Batching Plant Aggregate Hoppers: Sand hopper with a capacity of 4.18 yd³ (3.2 m³) equipped with 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrators. Gravel hopper with a capacity of 6.28 yd³ (4.8 m³). Both hoppers are fitted with pneumatically actuated discharge gates for unloading aggregates onto the conveyor belt. Includes weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers with independent summing boxes for each aggregate. Conveyor Belt: Inclined conveyor with 18” smooth belt. Includes a 7.5 HP (5.59 kW) gear motor by Sumitomo or SEW with chain coupling; load, return, and self-aligning rollers; drive and tail drums with tensioning system; rubber side guides; lubrication points for pedestal and tension bearings. Includes chute for discharging aggregates into the mixer. Integrated Horizontal Silo: Built-in horizontal silo with a capacity of 32.70 yd³ (25 m³). Includes WAM-brand accessory kit consisting of rotary level sensors, safety pressure relief valve, dust collector filter, and vibro-pneumatic nozzles at the discharge outlet. Features horizontal and inclined screw conveyors for loading the cement scale, driven by 10 HP (7.46 kW) gear motors by Sumitomo or SEW. Includes 4” quick-coupling loading pipe. Cement Weighing Hopper: Cement scale with a capacity of 0.65 yd³ (0.5 m³). Includes 0.25 HP (0.19 kW) T200 vibrator to aid material discharge, cartridge-type depressurization valve, and Ø 10” butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator by WAM for discharge into the mixer. Includes discharge sleeve for directing material to the mixer. Weighing system composed of load cells by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers with summing box for cement dosing. Base Chassis: Steel chassis supporting the mixer, conveyor, aggregate hoppers, and horizontal silo. Mounted on two axles, each with four 22.5” rim wheels and 40,000 lb load capacity. Includes height-adjustable legs for equipment leveling and support towers for operation. Space provided for mounting a power generator. Structural Framework: Structural components made of ASTM A36 steel, finished with epoxy primer and polyurethane-based paint. Includes DOMAT corporate color and decals. Pneumatic System: Pneumatic system includes a 7.5 HP (5.59 kW) air compressor (dedicated to the plant) by Quincy, pneumatic solenoid valves by Festo, and fittings and hoses for the operation of aggregate hopper gates, silo accessories, mixer discharge gate, and cement scale butterfly valve. Water Line and Washing Line: Ø 3” galvanized pipe with ball valve, check valve, electromagnetic flow sensor by Badger Meter, and hose connection to the mixer. Self-priming 6 HP (4.47 kW) water pump with Weg or Siemens motor, Ø 3” x 6 m suction hose and foot valve. Also includes 1 HP (0.75 kW) wash pump with Ø 1” x 6 m suction hose and 16 m wash hose. Turbo Mixer: Turbo mixer with a batch capacity of 1.31 yd³ (1.00 m³), designed for 3000 PSI concrete. Ground production output of 58.87–65.42 yd³/h (45–50 m³/h). Includes inspection hatches on the lid. Powered by a 40 HP (29.83 kW) motor by Weg or Siemens, coupled to gearbox by Sumitomo or Cobra. Inner lining (bottom and walls) made of 10 mm Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel. Mixing carousel with seven arms, mixing paddles, and scraper paddle made of 16 mm Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel. Discharge gate operated electromechanically. Includes discharge chute mounted to the plant chassis. Power Cabinet: IP55-rated power cabinet includes main energy meter, distribution block for motor power supply with grounding busbar, control components such as motor protectors and contactors by Siemens or ABB. Includes separate energy meter and soft starter by Siemens or ABB for the mixer motor. Internal wiring and routing ducts included. Operating voltage: 220/440 VAC. Electrical power supply connections not included. Control System: Insulated control cabin (must be installed within a 10-meter radius from the plant) with D200 control system, mounted on a control console consisting of a dedicated PC with monitor, keyboard, and mouse; Siemens S7-1200 PLC; and specialized software for automatic batching, material consumption monitoring per batch, and inventory traceability for concrete production and mixing. Includes manual push buttons, emergency stop button, weight indicators by Rice Lake or Revere Transducers for aggregate and cement scales, water dosing flowmeter, ammeter for mixer motor monitoring, and digital hour meter. Includes UPS for backup power. Control voltage: 110 VAC. Electrical power supply connections not included. Note: Cement screw conveyor not included. Transport: Designed for towing by a semi-trailer truck (tractor unit).
