Includes carrying, return, and self-aligning rollers; drive and self-cleaning tail drums with tensioning system; rubber side guides; and lubrication points for pedestal bearings and tensioners. Water Line: 4” galvanized pipe equipped with ball valve, check valve, electromagnetic flow sensor by Badger Meter, and hose connection to the mixer. Includes self-priming 10 HP (7.46 kW) pump with Weg or Siemens motor, Ø3” x 6 m (Ø76.2 mm x 19.69 ft) suction hose, and foot valve. Bottom lining in 15 mm (0.59 in) Nyhard cast panels (620 HB), and sidewalls lined with 12 mm (0.47 in) panels of the same material. Includes 20 mixing arms in high-hardness ferritic–pearlitic cast iron, and 20 Nyhard HB 600 IRON mixing paddles, distributed over 2 shafts. Discharge gate located along the base of the mixer, actuated by a 3 HP (2.24 kW) hydraulic motor and independent power unit, which includes a manual auxiliary pump for emergency opening. Features a centralized automatic lubrication system, alarm panel for monitoring motor and reducer temperature, oil level control, and pressure monitoring for the lubrication system. Power Cabinet: IP 55-rated cabinet with main totalizer, distribution block for motor electrical supply with ground busbar.
